Ecokane™ MB
Ecokane™ MB is non-polar, ultra-light, highly spreadable and partially volatile emollient. It is a 100% plant-based, readily biodegradable and sustainable alternative to petroleum-derived isododecane and synthetically-derived cyclomethicones (especially D4, D5, D6).
Ecokane™ MB can be used in a wide range of cosmetic formulations, including hair care, skin care, sun care, color cosmetics, and antiperspirant applications, imparting an exceptional after-feel and avoiding white cast. It absorbs quickly, provides a dry silicone like initial feel and a unique after-feel that cascades from silky to powdery, making it suitable to reduce the greasiness of formulations.
